RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS

Advancing scholarship about Africa and the diaspora

The Marcus Garvey Memorial Foundation has been providing research fellowships to generations of emerging scholars conducting research on a wide range of aspects of African and African diaspora history, culture, and politics. Each year, the Foundation provides at least two fellowships to assist doctoral candidates from across the U.S. and beyond with their dissertation research.
